Here we are at the end of the month, already! So far, I have done well today. Got out for a walk earlier, and had a walk yesterday. So two days in a row. Hopefully, tomorrow I can go three days in a row.
It’s another late one, and I am already cutting into my sleep routine, so I will make this brief.
Tuesday review
Everything seems to be rolling in the right direction. A couple of late nights, but I am getting back on track.
Food:
MyFitnessPal Food Diary. 1541 Calories, 12 net carbs. Was pretty much back to my standard food. Will need to cook more chicken, since I finished off what I had.
Exercise:
Went out to walk after I was done with my raid in World of Warcraft.
It is split in two, because my phone decided to crash while I was out there. Somewhere around 2 miles walked. I stayed walking while I was getting the phone rebooted.
Sleep:
In bed on time. 12:29 am to 8:15 am. Lots of waking up in the morning, and trying to stay asleep.
Tomorrow
I need to get some chicken cooked, trash and recycle take out, and getting in my Thursday league bowling in. Of course, there are all the other daily things I need to get done too!
