Today, had been rough.
First, I made the mistake last night of staying up late. I had a thought that maybe if I stay up later, then I will sleep through the wife getting ready. Well, of course that didn’t work haha.
1:41 am to 8:38 am. So this left me so tired. I tried getting back to sleep, but it wasn’t really happening.
No exercise today. Probably not even hitting 2,000 steps.
I’m not hungry, but I want to eat. I polished off some pork rinds just now, just because. The new item in the house is Girl Scout Cookies. I’m not ready to give in just yet though.
Overall, just a lazy day.
Tomorrow
Tomorrow is another new day. I’ll be busy, but I can make it work.
I’ve altered some of my goals a bit. The new Nerdfitness challenge will be coming soon.
I’m still continuing to eat Keto. That is not changing. I am going to add in a regular Intermittent fasting though. I gave it a partial run through today. I’m going for my eating window to be 11 am to 5 pm. I can always adjust if need be, but I think I can do this.
For Exercise, I’m continuing to go for five days a week of walking. If I can get consistent with this, then I can up it to 7 days, or maybe even ramping up the steps per day. I think it might be time for me to look into body weight workouts again as well.
Sleep goals are the same. I think my only modification will be to move it up 30 minutes. So I get to bed by midnight.
Well, off to get some rest. Time to hit it hard tomorrow!

You’ve got me all excited about Nerd Fitness.
I used to follow them back in the day and kinda forgot about them! I think I’m gonna pick up the beginner bodyweight program and start doing it; as I’ve slacked on strength training and need to not get ‘skinny fat’
After this 10K in March, I’m gonna switch to HIIT training in addition to lifting.
Thanks for that! I made a character as well. It’s kinda exciting as it reminds me of my younger times playing RPGs 🙂
