Just got back from the Sharks Hockey game. They lost. Still, I did OK today.
Today I did get my IF timed properly. More like 11:30 am to 5 pm.
No walking again today. Not being able to get in good sleep is really effecting my mood, and want to do anything.
Calorie wise, I am still higher on my food. Net carbs seem fine for now.

Sleep is still off. Went to bed too late, then woke up a few times.
Costco run, and time to get some food. Time to get myself on track on all accounts.
