Forty days in today. This week is still feeling much like a “take the week off” feel to it.
Just seems like the mindset I am in. I think I am feeling overwhelmed again with so much to do, and no time to do it all.
I was hanging out with the wife tonight. We were catching up on some shows. We got done, and I realized it is suddenly after 11 pm.
Maybe it is part of this damn self sabotage mood I get in. The fat me is trying to win again I think. So I just need to keep plugging away. Even if I am not getting it all in, some is better then none.
My Intermittent fasting seemed to go well today. I went to Costco today, so I ate even later then I wanted. More like 11:45 ish. Then I had my dinner meal a bit earlier. I was done by 4:30 pm. So well with in the hours I want.
I didn’t bowl my normal league night. Instead, I went with the family to the San Jose Sharks hockey game. Nachos and popcorn around. I sat there with my trusty water.
MyFitnessPal Food Diary. 1803 Calories, 13 net carbs. Had a nice Omelet for breakfast. Added in some Bacon Cheddar cheese we got from Costco. Also lived off some meatballs again.
IF times were close. I was more like 11:30 am to 5:15 pm for my eating window.
Just been bombing this as of late. It’s not something I freak out about too much. I think the goal this week, is to just try to get in one walk before Monday.
1:15 am to 9:26 am. Though, I was up near 8 ish. I just stayed in bed for awhile, so Fitbit thought I was asleep still.
Again, really jacking this up. Tonight I am going to try to get closer to my goal. After this, I will read for a few, then get to bed by 12:30 am at least.
I have my son’s bowling to go to in the morning. Then later at night, I will be traveling about an hour to Concord, Ca. I have Match Club bowling there. Meal will be severed, but I will be avoiding it all. There is also the new Rayquaza raid out in Pokémon Go. I really want to do some, but I fear I will be too busy.
