A new Monday is here! How is everyone doing so far? Myself, had a little bit of a slower/rough week last week. Still, things are moving forward. Even with minor setbacks, I still have to try to move forward.
Weight check in today shows I am down to 340.2 lbs. That is 27.4 lbs lost since January 1st. 5.4 lbs lost last week.
Last night, I was able to get myself to bed at midnight. It took me a little bit to get to sleep though.
Fitbit tracked 11:55 pm to 8:22 am. Looks like I was awake until 12:15 ish. Slept great though, except the part where I woke up while my wife is getting ready for work.
Week 6 review
Week 6 is done. I had a few nights of staying up too late, very little exercise, but I kept my eating in pretty good control. I did have a couple of higher calorie days, but net carbs were under 20.

The only walking done, was on the 11th. 2.22 miles, 41 minutes. A pretty sorry week for exercise. I will strive to make this week, much better.
Four of the nights, I went to bed past my target. of 12:30 am. I did reel it in the last couple of days though. My new target going forward, is Midnight. 11 pm shut down of the computer, and reading until I go to bed.
