Just coming back from my walk tonight. This week has been going well so far.
Today, I ate with in my IF window. 11 am – 5 pm. It’s really been more like 11:30 am since it seems I don’t start making food to eat until after 11.
One small thing
I forgot to mention a small little victory I had last weekend. I wear black khaki style pants for when I bowl match club, or tournaments. I couldn’t button them up like a normal person could. I would have to button them, then pull them up.
Well this weekend, I was able to button them. I am starting to feel the changes I am making more and more now. It is still tough to see, but I know the changes are there.
I am excited to be able to see more in my future.
Monday Recap
I had a pretty great start to the week. I didn’t walk, but I did succeed in my other goals. Plus, bowling wasn’t the worst, haha. 173, 185, 247 for a 605 series. I was able to bring it back the last game.
Food:
MyFitnessPal Food Diary. 1767 Calories, 8 net carbs. I was able to stick to my IF eating window.
Exercise:
No walking, just bowling. Still, was about 2,000 steps off my daily goal. (Still at 6,000)
Sleep:
12 am to 7:59 am. It is still taking me a few minutes to fall asleep. I’m also starting to notice that I seem to be waking up around the same times in the morning.
Tomorrow
Time to get cooking some food again. Ran out of Chicken breasts today, so tomorrow is cooking day. I’ve got some other meats from Costco. I just need to look up some recipes.
