Well, I haven’t gotten out for any walk yet, or done any real cooking. Otherwise, the day has been fine.
I do have food available for me to eat, so it isn’t like I am going to starve or anything.
I might have a hockey game to go to tonight. If I go, I might try to walk around the arena a couple of times to get my walk in.
I’ve actually been starting to think more and more about getting back into strength training. Nothing fancy at first. Just body weight workouts for awhile. there is plenty I can do that will kick my butt.
I seem to be doing well with my 11-5 eating window for my Intermittent fasting. The first couple of days I was a little hungrier in the evenings, but that mostly seemed to be triggered by smelling other good foods around.
MyFitnessPal Food Diary. 1525 Calories, 10 net carbs. IF eating window was fine.
2.3 miles, 41 minutes. It was a good walk out at night. I bit more chilly then it has been in the previous nights. Also, my phone hasn’t crashed since I set it back to factory settings. At least, it hadn’t crashed yet,
12:09 am to 7:31 am. My wife had gotten up and cranked up the heat. It wasn’t long before I was just too hot and sweaty to try to sleep through it. I think more and more, I am waking up early when she is getting ready for work.
As far as the mattress goes though, the Casper has been great so far. I am in no where near the pain I was in with our old mattress. It always made me feel like I was 30 years older when I got up out of bed haha.
