I posted up my New York trip a few minutes ago. That way it kind of covers it all.
Now for today.
Everyone is sick…
I found out my Sister-in-law is sick. It started in New York, but she got looked at yesterday. Sinus infection, pneumonia, and double ear infection it seems. They were surprise she was able to even fly home.
Today, my wife went to get checked out. They are testing her for strep throat. The doctor is a little worried she might be getting the Flu round 2 that is spreading.
Tonight, I am feeling sick. I don’t think it is Keto flu either. This hit weird tonight. I’m really hoping I don’t end up being sick.
Monday April 2nd, MyFitnessPal – 1598 Calories, 20 net carbs. I was hungry yesterday, and I hadn’t shopped at the store, so I was trying hard to stay in my goals. I even fasted fine. I think I am going 11 am to 6 pm for my eating window.
Tuesday April 3rd, MyFitnessPal – 1529 Calories, 9 net carbs. Trip to some stores today helped out here. My wife came home early, and brought us Mcdonald’s breakfast. Now it was outside my preferred eating window, but I went ahead and ate anyway.
I’m looking into more recipes that I can make for myself, and my wife. She wants me to do food prep for next week. So we will see how that goes.
I almost did get out for a walk yesterday, but things got too busy. I was going to go today as well, but started feeling sick.
I read before bed the last two nights. Though last night was a little late. I am still extremely tired though. So I don’t know if it is getting sick, or I just haven’t tried giving my body enough to to rest up after the long travel.
If I am sick, then hopefully, I can still make it through. I am pretty sure I can stay pretty keto, but if I have cough drops, or even NyQuil, there are some carbs in some of that stuff.
I plan on trying to rest up, and hopefully, feel better.
