It was Chicken Wing Day! 🙂 I had seen this sugar free BBQ sauce before, but hadn’t tried it. So the other day at the store, I went for it. 2 grams of carbs per serving (30 ml) So I made 15 wings with 3 servings of sauce. So each serving of wings I will have is 5. Overall, pretty pleases with the taste. It has Sucralose in it. So I though I tasted something odd. That may be it, or it is just in my head. Will see how leftovers taste tomorrow.
Not too much else done today. Just played some games with friends online for a bit.
Monday, we had rain. Not normal misty California rain, but actual hard rain. Plus there was thunder. I love storms, so hearing thunder got me all excited. If that wasn’t odd enough, there was a 3.8 earthquake too! Loud roar with a quick little jolt. Nothing major.
Then there was bowling last night. On man, I did horrible. I thought I would have a good night. Started off with a 203. Then went 154 in the second game. Third game went down to 136. I think I had 4 or 5 splits. It was rough. I was not in a happy place coming home. No need to hold all that angry in though. I tossed on some music, and just kinda let it all out on the way home.
04/16 MyFitnessPal – 1665 Calories, 11 net carbs. No fiber yesterday. Had some Jennie O sweet Italian sausage with my omelet and bacon for “lunch”. Then dinner I made a chicken crust pizza with the same sausage and a couple of pepperoni.
12:26 am to 8 am. I had some tossing and turning last night. Woke up tired this morning. Not exactly sure what was going on. I did get in my reading before I went to bed.
I’m working on goals for my next Nerdfitness challenge. One of then is going to be some form of exercise. I really want to get it done too. So I need to be looking at what I can do.
I need to get some dishes done, and might have to dig out some freezer meats to make.
