Well, I completed the first week of C25k
I think that I will repeat week 1 next week. The difference is 60 second runs vs 90 second runs. I probably could try for Week 2, but I know I already am slowing down on the run parts, to make sure I last for all 8 sessions. If I have to repeat it a few times, I am OK with this.
It has been a struggle this week so far. Today, I weighed in at 317.5 lbs. I’ve been I got up to 318 a couple of days. So very much a stall week it seems. It might be more water retention, stress, or my body just resisting after having a couple of weeks of bigger weight loss. Nothing to do, but keep pushing forward. The weight loss will come.
I was busy. I didn’t get out to walk in the morning. A lot easier when I am motivated in the morning. I did get to the dentist. At bowling, I did OK. I wasn’t that happy with how I bowled.
04/26 MyFitnessPal – 1631 Calories, 9 net carbs. Made a chicken crusted pizza for dinner. 🙂 Last two mornings, blood sugars have been in the 70s again. So they are better.
12:30 am to 8:30 am. 7 hrs 37 mins total. 18 x Awake for 30 mins. Got to bed roughly on time. Also got in my reading. Overall slept well. Neck has been hurting though, so it is cause some discomfort when trying to sleep.
If I call yesterday my rest day, then I am still on track to hit 6,000 steps 6 out of 7 days.
Fitbit shows 3002 steps. 68 mins active. Not bad for not doing much. Mostly bowling, and a bit of moving around during the day.
I need to get blood work done, but that might be done Monday. I have a “Star of the game” bowling tournament to do tomorrow. Also I have my son’s bowling in the morning. Sunday, we are going to see the New Avengers movie, and my older son and I have a Pokemon Go EX raid to do.
I want to try to get some meal prep done, and well as making a few new things.
