I bowled in the Star of the Game tournament today. I did a little better then my average going in. I enter with a 200 average. (I’m lower this year, but last year was a good year). I bowled 232, 187, 193 for a 612 series. So mostly happy. I won’t win anything, I don’t think. It is a handicap tournament, and my higher average gave me a lower handicap. I know one guy on our lanes bowler extremely well.
Went for a walk tonight to make sure I got in my steps. Nothing really pushing, I just wanted to get in the steps. Then watched the end of the Sharks vs Knights hockey game.
I’ve been bad lately. I haven’t been cleaning the dishes, so they are pilling up a little, and making me not want to cook. So time I get that done.
I finished C25k yesterday, and got in lots of steps. I also just about finished Book 5 in the Expanse series. I will be getting into book 6 tonight. No idea what I will ready next, but I have to find something quick!
04/27 MyFitnessPal – 1512 Calories, 11 net carbs. 44 oz tracked. I did notice I was lower in water yesterday. I may have missed one. Blood sugar numbers were fine.
12:18 am to 8 am. 7 hrs 4 mins. 20 x awake for 38 mins. Got into reading right after 11 pm, and got heading off to bed about 12:05 am. I seemed to get to sleep quick enough, but did wake up a bit. My neck has still be hurting. So sometimes I get uncomfortable while I sleep.
8,717 steps. 61 active minutes. Finished C25k week 1. I will repeat week 1, because I feel like I would struggle too much with week 2 right now. Maybe next week the weight will start going down, so it will make it easier to run. 😀
We are off to see the new Avengers movie tomorrow morning. Then I have a Pokemon EX raid to do later in the afternoon. May or may not get to doing things in World of Warcraft in the night. I want to get the dishes done, and get some food made for the week.
