Well, I have made cheesecake!
It is the first time I have ever made a cheesecake before. I followed Headbangerskitchen.com’s recipe for his Keto Berry Cheesecake. My tin was a little smaller, so cook times were off a bit. I think I may have over baked it a bit. The flavor is still great though.
I got out for a walk this morning. Though, I don’t think I got in enough steps to cover me for the day. I still have bowling, but I have a feeling I will be shy of my step goal. If so, then I’ll have to get out for a second walk. 🙂
I had talked to a Verizon rep in the store yesterday about the problems with my phone. They sent a refurbished replacement phone to me today. I hope to have no more random reboots! Only time will tell.
Wednesday was a good day overall. I had to fight it a bit, but it worked out well. The biggest battle was making myself get out there and run. I almost gave in, but just pushed forward.
05/02 MyFitnessPal – 1561 Calories, 13 net carbs, 54 oz of water tracked. Ate with in my eating window. Blood sugar this morning seemed fine as well. So hopefully, that is stabilizing again.
12:01 am to 8:39 am. 7 hr 54 mins total. 16 x awake for 44 mins. A little restless again last night. Woke up in the morning, but really didn’t want to wake up all the way haha. I got in my reading, and was off the computer a bit before 11 pm.
Fitbit had me at 8,692 steps 100 active minutes. I completed my repeat of C25k week 1 Day 2. Even finished it faster then other days last week, and felt like I wanted to die after each run. 😉
I have a doctor’s appointment at 8:30 am. Blood work looked good. I also need to get a Hep B vaccine shot while I am there. I also need to figure out when I am going to go for a run. I either have to go once I am home, or I try to get it in Saturday before my son’s bowling (if we go).
