My Journey to a Healthy Me, Day 127

Here we are, a new week. Time to get refocused on my goals, and prep for having a successful week.

I started off today with C25k Week 2 Day 1. I moved my step goals up to 8,000 per day, and I am sitting at 7,500 right now. I still need to bowl tonight. 🙂

I’m starting off the week strong. Let’s see how last week was.

Week Review

It was a tough week, at least at the end. Two days I shut down. Kept food and sleep goals in, but exercise went to nil.

Weight Loss:

It wasn’t much this week, but I did lose weight. 1.7 lbs this week. Bringing me to 314.7 lbs. Total since the 1st of January, I have lost 52.9 lbs. I am hoping the stall I had is gone. The last couple of days is where my weight start to drop off again.

Food:

Food was fine this week. Even when I was mentally out of doing any exercise, I tried to stay focused with my food. There were a couple of days that I finished eating after 6 pm, but I had started before that. I was just late on making my food.

Sleep:

05/01 – 12:07 am to 6:48 am. 5 hrs 49 mins. 9 x awake for 52 mins.
05/02 – 12:10 am to 8:51 am. 7 hrs 51 mins. 20 x awake for 50 mins.
05/03 – 12:01 am to 8:31 am. 7 hrs 54 mins. 16 x awake for 44 mins.
05/04 – 11:38 pm to 6:57 am. 6 hrs 49 mins. 22 x awake for 30 mins.
05/05 – 12:08 pm to 9:28 am. 8 hrs 24 mins. 22 x awake for 56 mins.
05/06 – 12:21 am to 8:04 am. 6 hrs 54 mins. 19 x awake for 49 mins.
05/07 – 1:01 am to 8:03 am. 6 hrs 39 mins. 14 x awake for 56 mins.

All nights, I got in my reading, and was off to bed on time. Last night I got to bed, but didn’t get to sleeping until close to 1.

Exercise:

04/30 – 8,845 steps. 106 active minutes. C25k Week 1 Day 1 repeat done.
05/01 – 7,577 steps. 92 active minutes.
05/02 – 8,692 steps. 100 active minutes. C25k Week 1 Day 2 repeat done.
05/03 – 7,246 steps. 86 active minutes.
05/04 – 1,788 steps. 0 active minutes.
05/05 – 663 steps. 0 active minutes.
05/06 – 7,444 steps. 85 active minutes.

I planned to have one rest day, but I got in two this last week. The mental barrier was strong, and it kept me down. Sunday I had enough of that though, and got in my steps at least.

This Week

Time to get everything back going. Today is going well, and I need to ride all that into each new day. One day at a time.
