Yesterday was amazing! Well, at least it felt amazing. 🙂
I started off with my C25k Week 2 Day 1 run.
I was pretty happy that I finished that. I worried it was too much for me to handle. I just kept going though. Since I knew I upped my step goal to 8,000 steps, I had to get in all the steps I could. I walked around the park after the run.
This put me in a really good spot before it was even midday.
Before I went to bowling, I was already over the 8,000 step threshold. I knew I had my daily goal, now it was just how many extra would I get.
Bowling went well as well.
Yup, I messed up that 3rd game and missed out on the triplicate 215! haha. I was perfectly happy to miss out, because the guy I bowled against was pretty close to me as well. I checked the stats, and had 23 strike and 7 spares. 3 splits on the night. So pretty pleased.
At the end of the day, I hit 10,421 steps.99 active minutes. I can tell I really pushed it yesterday, because my legs have been really sore.
I got out and walked this morning. Plus another small bit when picking up my son from school. I’m at 6,800 right now. Still more work to be done! I may hit up a small walk after my raid tonight. I also didn’t pay attention to my carbs, and am already at 17 net carbs today. Dinner will be lite on the carbs for sure. Oddly enough, I had a dream last night, that I accidentally went over my carb limit for the day. Then I went crazy with all the eating. It would be how I would do it in the past for sure.
