Today, hasn’t been so exciting. I decided to take a rest day. My ankle is hurting a bit. I figured rest would be better then trying to push it. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Worse case, I’ll just walk.
Tuesday
Yesterday was actually a decent day. I felt the ankle pain, but still went out for a walk. Even went out for two walks to finish off the step goal.
Food:

Sleep:
12:15 am to 8:14 am. 7 hrs 7 mins. 11 x awake for 52 mins. I had a bit of a rough time getting to sleep, and then had a few wake ups.
Exercise:
9,219 steps. 119 active minutes
This Week
Well, not too exciting for today. So hopefully, I can re pick things up the rest of the week. Here is hoping my ankle feels well enough to do something tomorrow.
Great job my homie! I hope the body heals fast so you’re back to normal, pain sucks.lol. You have really been on it with your workouts and walking man so even when it gets boring an uneventful just remember why you started and where you’re headed. Thanks. I think I might just have to switch to doing some other workout until things are better. Still feeling a slight pain when walking. Maybe time to get some body weight workouts done haha.
