Today, we were off to check out apartments. Filled out the information for one. We are pre-approved so far. Tomorrow we have a meeting with them to turn over keys and such.
Assuming all is well there, that is at least one things off my mind.
Now it just means it is go time. There will be so much to do during this June, that moving will be interesting.
My wife had a couple more interviews today with potential companies. I hope they both offer her something soon. Then things will really be falling into place.
Yesterday, I made some Keto fat bombs. Specifically, the Cookies and Cream fat bombs from KetoConnect. Overall, I like them. A bit different then I expected, but good enough that I have been eating them. 😉 Really, it is all about the protein powder you use. If you like that, you will like these. I want to make the chocolate and peanut butter ones next. I also need to get some bread made, since I finished off my other loaf.

Everything seemed fine for eating. Dinner I made scrambled eggs with ham and swiss cheese in them. We got the swiss cheese from Costco, and it is really good.
1:34 am to 9:30 am. 7 hrs 12 mins. 15 x awake for 44 mins. Yeah, I was late to bed again. I may be late tonight, but I am trying to work on it. I will be needing my sleep for this coming move for sure!
I need to get some cooking done, but we have a meeting with the apartment people tomorrow. After that, maybe I can get some things made. I will be having a few Keto challenges soon. #1 my son’s graduation party. I’ll have to not eat cake there. #2 With all this moving, I need to make sure I have foods around that I can eat. #3 I bowl down south at the end of June. I am not sure what I should do there. Probably, I will just try to stay keto. Maybe bring a few things to help me out. This is all rumbling around in my head, but I have to focus on getting things ready for this move.
