Time seems to be flying lately. I guess that is what happens when you get super busy with life. 🙂
Last week wasn’t anything major. My weight stay pretty much the same, I still ate Keto the whole time, and my sleep was erratic. We did finally sign a lease for a new place. Going from a 3 bedroom house, to a 3 bedroom apartment. We are downsizing quite a bit. Which overall is good. Finally we are getting through all that old clutter that has been building up over the years.
There are some negatives about the new place. Obviously, less storage. There was also only one parking space available to rent. Street parking will be insane. There is no yard, so we will have to take the dog out for walks.
That said, there are positive points too. There is a pool there. There is also a workout facility open 24×7. Nothing too fancy. There are a few treadmill and elliptical machine. There are some dumbells, and some other workout machine there. I’ll have to see once I actually go in there. No excuse not to workout now!

Overall, I felt eating went fine. Pretty close to macros, Though I really didn’t lose weight this week.
I was all over the board this last week. After 1 am many times this week. So this week, I need to get it all straightened out.
It is all about moving time. That is the main focus. Go though, donate what we can, sell what we can, trash the rest.
